BREEDER PROGRAM – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reed’s Reptiles, a The Wonder Guild, LLC company, offers discounts on bulk purchases to breeders that are purchasing Reed’s Reptiles Balanced Diets and other products for their breeders and offspring.

Our Breeder Program offers lower minimum order requirements than our Retail Vendor Program–as long as you are not making purchases for resale. Subscribe to receive deeper discounts. Or purchase larger quantities to qualify for free shipping.

Program Benefits:

• Discounted prices on bulk Reed’s Reptiles diets and select supplies
• Low minimum order requirement
• Lower free shipping requirement
• No business license required

Who Qualifies:

• Breeders or hobbyist who care for a large number of reptiles. For example, 100 or more geckos.
• You use at least 64oz of diet per month
• You do not own or operate a retail store or resale business
• You reside in the United States

Contract Terms:

If your Breeder Program application is accepted, you will be notified within 3 business days. Acceptance into the Breeder Program means that you have entered into a contract with Reed’s Reptiles. Under the terms of this contract, you agree that all purchases made through this Program are for your own personal use as feed or supplies for your personal collection of reptiles. You agree not to sell or resell or distribute products purchased through this Program. You agree that you will not share your account or make purchases for other people or business entities.

Program participants who violate the Terms & Conditions detailed here will be subject to immediate termination of this contract.

Order Requirements:

• Sales Tax is required since purchases are for personal use
• Minimum order is $250
• Free shipping of orders of $1000 or more
• Minimum annual purchases must equal or exceed $1000
• Coupons, Discounts, Shipping Rates, as well as Promotions of any kind, DO NOT APPLY to Breeder Program orders
• With 2 weeks advance notice, show pick ups available for shows where Reed’s Reptiles is vending. Write “Show Pick Up – <Name of Show>” in the order notes to receive a refund for shipping paid at checkout.
