Reed’s Reptiles Retailer Program – Terms & Conditions
Reed’s Reptiles, a The Wonder Guild, LLC company, offers low minimum order requirements so that retailers who sell through expos, online platforms, and brick and mortar stores can earn a profit upon resale. Retailers can access all Reed’s Reptiles products including exclusives for your customers. Receive free shipping on orders of at least $1500.

Who Qualifies:
- You own or operate a retail store or resale business (online, at expos and shows, or brick and mortar). If online, your business must sell via a domain that you own (ex. geckogogo.com. Selling Reed’s Reptiles products on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, and similar e-commerce marketplaces is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- You have a valid business license and EIN, Proof of 1 year of vending at reptile shows and expos (e.g. receipts).
- You can be pay via wire transfer (no fees), credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or Google Pay
- You reside and sell in the United States
Contract Terms:
Acceptance
If your Retailer Program application is accepted, you will be notified within 3 business days. Acceptance into the Retailer Program means that you have entered into a contract with Reed’s Reptiles (a The Wonder Guild, LLC company).
Resale Conditions
Under the terms of this contract, you agree that all purchases made through this Program are for your own retail or resale business. You agree not to split orders or make purchases through this Program on behalf of other business entities, dealers, or individuals.
You further agree that you will not repackage or modify Reed’s Reptiles packaging. All Reed’s Reptiles products will be sold in their original packaging. You will sell Reed’s Reptiles products through your own website, store, or expo booth. You will not sell on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, or other e-commerce platforms.
While there is no required schedule for purchases, your account will be close after inactivity for 1 year or more.
Pricing
Reed’s Reptiles Diets and other products cannot be priced or advertised at prices below the set MAP pricing. MAP pricing is provided by Reed’s Reptiles and accessible via our Partner Portal.
Termination
Program participants who violate the Terms & Conditions detailed here will be subject to immediate termination of this contract and its benefits and Reed’s Reptiles may pursue all appropriate legal remedies.
Order Requirements:
- Minimum order is $500
- Free shipping on orders of $1500 or more
- Orders cannot be solely comprised of bulk Diet.
- Sales Tax is required unless appropriate state tax exemption forms are provided
- Coupons, Discounts, Shipping Rates, as well as Promotions of any kind, DO NOT APPLY to Breeder Program orders
- With 2 weeks advance notice, show pick ups available for shows where Reed’s Reptiles is vending. Write “Show Pick Up – <Name of Show>” in the order notes to receive a refund for shipping paid at checkout.
